I do mainly technical support and make heavy use of artificial intelligence. Google Gemini Notebook is mind-blowing in how it helps. For example, I load service manuals, installation manuals, and anything that can be written or printed. I can then ask questions and get detailed responses, like asking an expert on the subject. It is web-based, so you can take it with you on the job and access it. I suggest using an iPad or something larger than a cell phone for reading ease. It's gotten so good that I sometimes just have it transcribe the phone call for assistance, and it gives back a detailed response on what to do and look for. For example, are you in refrigeration and about to work with a Heatcraft Intelligen controller? Load the manual from the Heatcraft website. Your expert is now in your iPad. Working with a communicating HVAC system? Load the manuals ahead of time. Your answers are a question away. If you have a Google account, go to www.notebook.google.com and get started. It's free, but paid levels get more storage.
