New here — hello from Hawthorne Hey everyone, I'm Willson. I'm not a tech — I'm building ZOQENA, an AI automation company for small service businesses, and I'm here because the best way to understand how shops actually run is to listen to the people doing the work. I want to learn how real HVAC shops handle the day-to-day operations side of things: how owners and techs deal with follow-ups, missed calls, and scheduling, all the messy stuff that never makes it into the training manuals.
