What is the best Commercial BAS user friendly, Troubleshooting program on the market these days? Metasys and Automated logic I use daily and I personally like Automated logic which is owned by Carrier. Graphics are better and you can troubleshoot the exact alarm in the logic page. Metasys graphics are getting better and still a great BAS program. I heard Siemens is good but never seen it or used it.

i would agree that metasys is the go to currently but there has to be other alternatives! let me know what you come up with
