Communications Might Be Your Best Tool

This session will contrast multiple situations that HVAC technicians run into. We will take each scenario and have a “good conversation” where the customer completely understands what’s being communicated. Additionally, we will have that same scenario featuring a “bad conversation” to highlight the difference. The goal is to instill the importance of great communication with our customers.
