The Northwest has been subsidizing heat pump purchases for 30 years. The results have usually been underwhelming, This session will focus on one utility program with case studies and discuss how utilities evaluate savings. It is hoped that the audience will help formulate new ideas and approaches that improve installed heat pump performance.
