ACCA’s new (2024) Manual S Normative Section has been available for a while. This is the official language that gets adopted like code. Unlike the previous version, which has mostly the Informative Sections, this version has a separate User’s Guide. This session will introduce the new User’s Guide and discuss how it is different than previous versions.
