This session will reveal the fundamental workforce skills that apprentices, new techs (and all techs) should master.

Based on workforce development programs that promise to provide “HVAC technicians in 4 weeks!!” Dan and Joe felt they needed to alter these outcomes to provide “HVAC technician apprentices in 4 weeks.” So, Joe is fulfilling Dan’s legacy, the “Wildenhaus.”
